When the Levites brought the Arc of the Covenant back to Jerusalem, they had to stop every 18′ and make a sacrifice (2 Samuel 6:13).   When King David looked from afar to see the Glory of God coming back to the Temple, he had to follow the blood trail.   Always follow the Blood trail….Jesus Christ and Him Crucified and not the Levites.   Discern the distractions that don’t lead us down Calvary Road.  If we walk away trying to figure out a science project, that may be the wrong gospel.  The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not complicated, it is the Power of God.

“For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.  For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.  Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?” 1 Cor. 17-20.
