Sinners will sometimes clothe themselves in morality according to political correctness. Political correctness is often the religion of the unbeliever and they are some of the most religious we will encounter. However, the Bible says Believers are not to judge sinners (1 Corinthians 5:11-13), they are doing what sinners do – sin.
Don’t mistake calling sin sinful as judging sin. Declaring the Word of God is not judging sin. God has already judged sin and the penalty is death. We can either accept the sacrifice Jesus made on Calvary’s Cross to pay our sin debt and declare Him as our Lord and Savior or we can pay the debt ourselves and continue with satan as our lord. Make no mistake, satan is the lord of the unbeliever no matter how good their works. Eve ate of the tree of good and evil…not just evil.
“In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” 2 Corinthians 4:4
The lost are not lost because they reject Jesus. They reject Jesus because they are lost. Until they willfully choose to believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God Who came to die on Calvary’s Cross to pay the sin debt for whosoever will believe and He now sits at the Right Hand of the Throne of God, the lost will remain lost and their good works, just as others evil works, will condemn them to an eternal hell.
“For the time is come that judgment must begin at the House of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the Gospel of God?” 1 Peter 4:17
While the sinners clothe themselves in morality based on political correctness, most (not all) of the modern church clothes themselves in sacraments, religious ceremonies combined with political correctness in order to seduce the world into their “good works”. DO NOT mistake this as declaring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ, Who He is and what He did on Calvary’s Cross, is the only answer to deliver the brokenhearted. The finished work of Jesus Christ will heal the sick and draw the prodigal children home…good works will not and cannot redeem the sinner to God.
“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” Romans 10:17
Declare the Word of God; full counsel, rightly divided…do not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
“And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11
